This is the story of a busy tech executive who made a bold decision to move to New York City after spending more than two decades in San Francisco. Having previously worked with Francis Interiors on a gorgeous turn-key-ready rental apartment that was delivered in 30 days, the client hired our studio to reimagine her newly purchased residence in a converted late 19th century printing warehouse, with dramatic brick archways, located at the border of the West Village and Meat Packing district. This 2400 sq. ft. quintessential NYC apartment was completely reimagined while retaining the structural spirit.
Architectural and decorative lighting design, custom millwork and bespoke furnishings and finishes in each corner of the home tell a unique story of the client’s journey from San Francisco to New York through the Francis Interiors lens.
